Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between beet3 and its users. beet3 is an online gaming platform that offers slot games, live casino, and cricket betting for Bangladeshi players. If you create an account on the beet3 platform, log in, or use any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to all of the terms below.

Account Registration & Eligibility
21+ Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use beet3's services. beet3 may request supporting documents for age verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in the account being suspended or closed.
One Account Per Person
Only one account may be created per person, household, or device. Using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
Accurate Information at Registration
All information provided when creating an account — name, contact number, payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect information may delay withdrawals.
Account Security
Keeping your login details confidential is your responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact beet3 support immediately. beet3 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on beet3. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
- Use the correct reference number when making a deposit
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Typical processing time: 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals are only possible to a registered payment method
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawing
Bonus & Promotion Terms
beet3 offers various bonus promotions. Each bonus has its own terms. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to the relevant terms.
First Deposit Bonus — 100%, up to ৳20,000
New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Example: ৳42,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000
- Wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets required before withdrawal
Bonus Abuse
If bonus abuse is suspected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or using bots or auto-betting software — beet3 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the relevant accounts.
Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a specific active period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically removed.
VIP Program & Weekly Cashback
Regular beet3 players can advance through three VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.
Bronze
Up to 0.3% weekly cashback. New players start at this tier and can move up through regular play.
Silver
Up to 0.7% weekly cashback. This tier is reached through consistent activity from the Bronze level.
Gold
Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. beet3's highest VIP tier — comes with special privileges and priority support.
Gaming Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Fair and honest conduct on the beet3 platform is mandatory. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using auto-betting software, bots, or any automated system
- Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform
- Using another player's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
- Treating other users or support staff in a disrespectful manner
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses
- Collusion or coordinating with other players during gameplay
Consequences of Violations
If any of the prohibited activities above occur, beet3 may take the following actions:
- Immediate account suspension or closure
- Forfeiture of bonuses and promotional credits
- Cancellation of suspicious winnings
- Legal action where applicable
